Fit4Mom KOP Anniversary Party- Free Workout For Mom and Music Class For Kids!

Easy peasy! (Yea, right.) Well Fit4Mom Conshohocken/Chestnut Hill/King of Prussia aims to help. This group has workouts six days a week where you can bring your little one, get a workout in, and meet other local moms. The classes take place outside at local parks when it’s nice, and they meet-up during the winter months at various indoor locations, such as the Plymouth Meeting Mall and Aspiring Champions in King of Prussia.

The Fit4Mom Conshohocken/Chestnut Hill/King of Prussia is celebrating 5 years as a franchise, and 1 year under new ownership!  Lorelei DeMan, owner and instructor with Fit4Mom KOP, is hosting a FREE class and a party to celebrate on Monday, February 5th at 9:30am at the Cedar Grove Park Barn in Conshohocken!

The day will begin with a Fit4Mom signature class called Stroller Strides.  This class is 60 minutes long and incorporates power walking, toning and strength exercises for mom, and a song or two to entertain your little one! Stroller Strides classes are suitable for kiddos age six     weeks to six years. (The best part: this workout is adaptable for most any fitness level.)

After the workout, Jump Jive & Jam (a interactive children’s music program that hosts classes in Lafayette Hill, Manayunk/Roxborough and Mount Airy) will play for the kids in the Cedar Grove Barn, and an impromptu dance party will be sure to break out! The Fit4Mom crew will also have coffee, snacks and a craft station for the kids.
